Well, it's not that easy for my to articulate, but I can explain using AzureDreams777's video of Stickerbrush Symphony on Mario Paint (since the notes are shown... can't post the link here so you might need to look it up).
The flower and car tracks of the song (from 0:21 on) are missing... in particular this hurts most from 1:45 to 2:05, which is one of the most crucial parts in the song. Sorry if that was a bit confusing, heh.

Oh... Damn, I see what I missed.
Sorry about that. If I can, I'll fix it. Until then, check out my other videos. I'm pretty sure they have no mistakes in them.

It's a good start... but it's missing so much of the song. Keep working at it.

What parts is it missing? Keep in mind, too, that an NES can only emulate so many tracks at once.

And here's where I wish I was more knowledgeable about this sort of thing so I could give something more descriptive than "that one track that sounds like something" but chances are you know which tracks I'm referring to, heh.

Okay, I honestly have no idea so I'll give you some terms.
Square: The beepy sounds that serve as the lead.
Triangles: In this song, they're acting as both strings and bass.
Noise: The percussion in the song.
Melody: In this song, the square lead.
Rythm: The background notes. This really has none.
Bass: I don't need to explain this.
So, now, which track or part is off?
