-- USA broke international LAW , declared independence of KOSOVO by force , USA told KOSOVO criminals they can proclaim independence whenever they want , THEy did in 02-2008 , NOW any minority can use terrorists acts and weapons to free themselves from other states they do not want to live in , SELF declaration of independence , IF you can , IF RUSSIA supports you you can , USA did it in KOSOVO , Russia did it in Ossetia and abhazia ,.
