oh, we had a ford 4000 with cabine and frontloader, it was a good tractor but now we sold him :(

Thanks so much for posting what is a childhood memory for me! I remember driving a British spec version of this tractor carrying straw for my parents on a trailer!

I love them, its a whole different experience on a tractor of that size (compared to my case,ingy,craftsman). the sound, shifting etc. soon it will be power steering with loader.

nice sounding ford. my gramp has two of those little 3cyl fords. a 1974 model 3000 with a loader and a 1972 model 4000. both diesel. great tractors until the weather gets below 35-40 then starting is almost impossible
