urrr every one ov ur downloads slow my game down... the only place i can get hair that doesn't slow it down is the sims recorse but that hasn't got the cool hair u got. =:{ is there a way?

Every time I try to install a download, it say please make sure your game is up to date and something bout software too. It's not the patches. I really wanted the get my sim a tattoo but if it's like this i dunno what to do. Maybe it's because my game is on a MacBook Pro or perhaps not. Help please :D

hey, timala! it's me again! just wanted 2 let u know that I finally started playing with the new downloaded hairs & stuff i got, & everything worked out fine 4 me. check EVERYTHING ur doing both while downloading & playing. is ur hairstyle locked 4 ur outfits? do u have monkey helper, b/c ALL my problems went away after i downloaded a winrar & monkey helper. i got hairs (free) from peggy & the sims resource & rosesims & xmsims, & they'r all ok--even though the game loads & saves SLOOOOOOW now :(

uhmm i have fixed my problem already.thanks for the concern..its good that you're now playing with new stuff for your sims.yea you're totally right about the game loads and saves slooooow.hehe you take the risk just to be able to play..its worth it actually. ^^

i'm real glad 2 hear that!
know what my problem is, though? the save file names r all so confusing, & i downloaded at least 100 diff things, so now I'm tryna delete sum of the ones i like less, & i can't even tell which one's which! boohoohooo! :( i wanna play my game THIS century!!!!!

i have the same problem here.whenever i decide to delete some of the stuffs which i kept using, it seems that whenever im in that situation, theres something in me that tells not to do so. and i end up not deleting anyway. and now i have a total of around 700 mods that excludes the sims pack which ranges to 400 or 500 plus. by now it really loads super super slow that i have to read a novel not to get bored of waiting. but despite the waiting, i still want to play, maybe forever. HAHA
