Antoine Dominique "Fat's" Domino Jr (born February 26, 1928) is an American rhythm and blues, rock and roll, pianist and singer songwriter, he was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.
"Ain't That A Shame" was released on Imperial records and reached #10 in the Billboart Hot 100 and #1 in the R&B charts in 1955.

fats domino was a greatest musician of our native south louisiana. he is till our grassroot and nothing take us from that. i am not a fan of elvis. i am fan of great southern music, the jazz, blues, zydeco, rock and rolls.

I assume you're an Elvis fan. Fats Domino certainly has more credentials than the more "popular" artists like Elvis, considering he came up with a lot of the originals riffs and actually wrote his songs. Elvis really wasn't that good of an artists. He just had a popular image, he basically performed covers of songs already written by Black musicians.
