Macbook pro beeping

This is my 2010 macbook pro 13" 250GB beeping HDD. It does it randomly, sometimes every few seconds, sometimes once in a few days.
I checked it with Disk Utility and also with TechTool Pro 5...both claim its OK
Anyone knows whats wrong?

it is a bug with old firmware that controls the safety mechanism in the HDD to prevent fall damage. it should be fixed by updating all the system software with Software Update.
