Hi Mike & D'Angelo, thanks for the video. It seems our dog Ginger knows how to really work the camera. We always remind guests about the only road to Manuel Antonio, one of the busiest tourist areas of Costa Rica. Traffic can get busy early in the morning and then again late afternoon with little movement outside these times. We have done considerable modifications to update all rooms with new windows, doors & split-unit A/C, but guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware of this.

Since the early '80s, I've found gay owned hotels and all the best. My only snag was SF in 1980 -- that used to be a very gay, straight-hostile city. Can you imagine? When I say "and all," I mean any business. Gays can be very beleaguered so tend to be more nurturing, kind. I had a lesbian lover for two years and figured I was gay. It just entered me into a better world, in my estimation. Go gays! Very good comments here.
