Jon Hart is a multi-talented musician; writing and performing his own songs utilising his voice, guitar and beat-boxing. Originally from the Isle of Wight and now living in Sutton, Surrey (after briefly touring LA & Belgium and (with) airplay on ABC radio), he is currently writing/recording his 5th release 'The Multicoloured acre' due out in 2012. Influenced by Andy Mckee, Antoine Dufour, Bireli Lagrene & Newton Faulkner, This LP features a more artistic element by mixing vocal/beatboxing with percussive fingerstyle & jazz guitar.

Promo Video Tracks (in order)

1. Defuse - Composed by J. Hart. This is an early recording and was filmed at a HCPT charity music soiree (Purley) he and his wife put on once a year. This was Jon's 2nd finger style piece. This track is heavily influenced by Prog Rock and techniques.

2. Free - Neo Joshua / The Boxettes arr. J. Hart. This is one of Jon's desert island tracks, if you have haven't heard the original yet check out the original here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ht8WP-W8KfI. This was filmed at Jon's home studio/teaching room

3. Wonderwall - Oasis arr. J. Hart. Although Jon wouldn't normally arrange something that has already been heavily covered (in many different amazing ways), Jon entered a competition called Testing 123 at the Croydon Clocktower where each artist had to arrange a qwerky version of Wonderwall (along with 2 original tracks). With a big influence from Ryan Adam's version and piano this is what was created. This arrangement has had an amazing response from all who have listened and watched. This track along with Evolve (early EP) was the start of Jon's finger style adventure)

4. Reborn - composed by J. Hart. This is Jon's first proper fingerstyle piece and was filmed at The Bedford, Balham. It originally started out as an instrumental but soon formed into a fingerstyle/singer-songwriter piece.

Jon is now on a quest to tour with this material. He has also included a Vocalist Live 3 harmony pedal, Akai Loop pedal & Distortion pedal to give his set some depth. Along with the fingerstyle / vocal Jon also beatboxes to give the feel that a full band is on stage with him.
