To reset the ECU on a Neon, Just pull off the positive battery cable to about 5 mins, If that doesn't work, Check your fuses, You might have blown a few.

HELP!!! can anyone tell me where the ecu is located on a 2004 dodge neon? Everything Electric is not working... No blinkers, power windows, power door locks, radio, A/C, EVERYTHING (minus the power steering/brakes) ... My dads mechanic said disconecting the ECU and cleaning the contacts can possibly solve this problem. and now i cant get a hold of the mechanic ... ALSO, if you have any other suggestions as to what the problem could be PLEASE help
