  • why you think people have organs such as: gallbladder and pankreas ?

    Pankrease combats the amount of carbs (vegans main food), soo people have an organ inside them and this organ is at war with carbs (blood poisoning from too much glucose)

    (Gallbladder) Bile is a liquid that liquefies animal-meals. Without bile we humans were not be able to digest animal. Sooo by having an organ that facilitates digestion of animal-foods, it means we humans are designed to eat animal-food !

  • @kweeezy Comment sections to me are about sharing and learning - so feel free. The B12 scenario can be used as a scare tactic, similar to the meat and dairy tactic of "where will you get your calcium and protein"..... it's a scam, however, it is important to keep trace amounts included in ones diet. Too many vegans out there are hurting themselves with junk food - that's not vegan, that's just bad eating habits.

    Whole foods are the key to health. I always say "eat a rainbow".

  • @kweeezy Wonderful - a raw vegan, that I admire so much and it's something that seems so natural. We have a couple vegan organic raw restaurants that we enjoy, although not often enough. I think being raised the way I was and due to others around me, it has made the transition difficult. We've been conditioned to look for a hot meal on a cold day.

    I agree that meat and dairy are unsustainable & the root of many diseases. People will definitely need to seek alternatives.
