  • my heel hurts so bad I can barely walk and I hobble every where...I thought at first I had Planter Facitiis and did some stretches ,but this realy just made it hurt alot worse after it tightend back up...Im pretty sure its tendonitis now..does it not make any sence to get orthepedic or tape my foot up for tendonitis...? should I just stay off my feet or what..?

  • i have had plantar fasciitis for about a month now! omg the pain is soo bad i want to cry! its doesnt help i am on my feet at work for 8 hours at day! still waiting to go and see a foot doctor i cant take anti inflammatorys its getting me down now!

    I'm a doctor based in Edinburgh, Scotland and see lots of patients who struggle with heel pain. I've had a lot of good results recently from using Shockwave Therapy.

  • @MsLegend12345 Hi. i am living with pain in my heel if that is what you have. if so, plantar fasciatis going to the doctor may or may not help you in the long run. In the short run yes as he will give you cortison shots but this is just temporary pain relief. For this type of condition, exercises might be your best bet.
