I heard this was actually a scene from a movie that was being filmed in mexico & the guy on the skids is the actor/hero who comes to rescue the stranded boat.. turns out the boat crew rescued them

never thought that it would be the helicopter to crash, I thought it was going to be the damn boat.

Why did they think just any old helicopter could "drag" a boat? Boats also create a suction on the waters surface if pulled in a upwards motion.
