Akinetopsia contains all the weightless moments in 100 meters of 16mm film. The film is black (with sound) except for flashes of weightlessness. "Akinetopsia" is a neurological condition which prevents individuals from seeing motion. They are left seeing only moments of stillness.

  • its not how people with akinetopsia percieve the word. its completely wrong. there is no darkness at all

  • Very very clever film. A great way of highlighting perceptual disturbanvces and what we all take for granted, Also a unique way of seeing our world. Nice work !

  • Ik zie niet in dat het feit dat de cameraman jouw neef is jou ook gelijk een reden geeft om zo kritisch te wezen.

    Maar ik neem het hoe dan ook terug want jij hebt nog altijd het recht op vrijheid van meningsuiting (dat bedacht ik gisteren ook al, maar je kan hier geen reacties verwijderen die van jezelf zijn...:S)
