What Gmail 'process' are you using? Did you check out the link posted above? Did you follow the steps listed there?

Hello, I used the Exchange "process" to get the contacts, and I get the same "wrong password" message as @TheBoffti and @maskb23. When I use the Gmail "process", the same exact password works fine... So, it's not a password problem... Is there another reason why it says "the Exchange password is incorrect"? Thanks!!

@TheBoffti @maskb23 and @piparibas If you are having issues with the password you may need to check your account settings and if possible reset your password. Check out this link for more info > bit#ly/y4Ocm7 (Swap the # symbol for a dot . )

i've done the step that you told. the problem is, not all my contact fr blackberry transferred to iphone. if i check fr bb desktop manager, there's 2 address book, first address book contain 178 contact, second address book (all) contains 789 contact. contact that transferred to my iphone was the first one which only contain 178 contact. what's wrong?

@oszz29 Do you know which contacts are saved to the phone and SIM? Only the contacts stored on the phone would transferred across using Google sync.

Autopage cut my sim card to fit into my iphone. how do i transfer my contacts now???

You can pick up a micro sim adapter from any O2 store. This will allow you to insert the card into the Blackberry to temporarily connect to the net to perform the sync.
