Game : 911 First Responders / Emergency 4 with LA mod by Hoppah.
Map : Surrey Shore Beach by the RCMP modification ( Not official map, only temporary for show-cases)

Modification : RCMP Modification by Goog1967 and C.F.D of Emergency Planet. It is still a work in progress and not RELEASED. All updates will be progressive.

Soundtrack : Assassin's Creed (Revelations) ; Roslyn - Bon Iver ft.

If you ask for the name of the game or the modification, I will not answer to these kind of questions, because the answer is already posted if you use your eyes carefully.

Please do not treat the lights depicted in-game as the final result. They are STILL in BETA STAGE.

This mod looks unbelievable, and if I knew half of what you obviously know about modding, I would be happy, but I don't... not even a little bit.
