@ghostghilliesniper Ya they change the story a bit in the thomas jane version.I believe his family had witness'd a gangland exicuation in the park some where in new york and were killed there along with him be he lived (in the comic) and in the movie he was a cop who part of the reason for howard saints son dying and they end up killing his family on a beach or some shit. Still i like how they did the thomas jane version even tho it might not be relevent to the comic.

@SuperMarioJedi I think your right. Because I have some comic books from like the late 90's and they always said he was a Marine but in the Thomas Jane movie they had him as an undercover cop.
