See You On the Finish Line (So Close 2) (Chapter 1)

so this is the new season of So Close Yet So Far! by request lol. i changed the name at the last second cause i was listening to the new CD and thought this fit. So yeah, i got a twitter cause a fair amount of you said i should so follow me http://twitter.com/NewL30
people haven't been able to find me on searches... don't know why, but hopefully the link will work. Feel free to ask me questions on there that you wanna know about me or my stories. i won't tell you what's gonna happen but i might give you hints. we'll see.
anyway to the story (btw i know that i switched the order of the Hannah Tour and filming Camp Rock but just go with it lol)

{Joe's P.O.V.}
"Joseph Adam Jonas, pick up your phone. I haven't talked to you in a week. You're really freaking me out. I don't wanna be the nagging girlfriend or anything, but a week is kind of ridiculous. Call me back. Love you." I laughed as I saved the message and hung up. I shook my head as I dialed her number.
"Finally," she said when she picked up.
"Oh have you been calling me?"
"Ugh you're so annoying."
"Really, cause I just listened to a message that said you loved me."
"I didn't say that."
"I have the message saved. You did."
"Did not."
"Did too."
"Did not."
"Did too."
"Did not."
"Did not."
"Did too," she said and then realized what had just happened. "Joseph, you tricked me."
"Are you surprised?"
"Well, fine, then maybe I don't wanna talk to you anymore."
"Riley, I'm sorry."
"It's okay," she sighed.
I laughed. "So what's up?"
"What's up? What's up is that you haven't called in a week."
"Rye, I told you, I'm out here at this camp in the middle of nowhere. There's no cell reception anywhere. there's this one spot out in the middle of the woods that mysteriously has service so I'm out here with the bears risking my life. I'd come out here more often but I'm so busy."
"With her?" she said sort of under her breath.
I sighed. "Riley, how many times do we have to go over this? I'm busy with filming and stuff."
"I've seen some pictures and videos of you guys not working."
"You internet stalking me now?"
"Hey, you haven't called me all week. What else could I do?"
"I'm so sorry about that. But listen if you're talking about the pictures and videos that I think you are, those were taken at night after we finished filming and I can't go out here into the woods at night. Do you want me to die?"
"That's not fair."
"But it's true."
"Are you sure nothing's going on?"
"What does your ring say?"
"Joe..."
"What does your ring say?"
"I promise to love you forever," she groaned.
"I'm not planning on breaking that promise."
"You swear there's nothing going on?"
"I swear. She's just a friend. I love you."
"I love you too."
"And you have no idea how much I miss you. I wish you could've come with us."
"I know, I do too, but there was no convincing my parents."
"Yeah, well, only a few more weeks, right?"
"4 weeks and 2 days to be exact."
"I'll be home before you know it."
"I can't wait."
"Listen, I'm really sorry, but I gotta go dance in like 5 minutes."
"You? Dance?"
"Yeah, I have a big dancing scene. I'm supposed to be a hip hop dance teacher." She just laughed. "Hey, a little faith in me would be nice."
"I'm sorry, Joe, I'm sure you'll be great."
"Thank you."
"So you better go get in the zone."
"Yeah," I sighed but didn't say anything else.
"Promise you'll call?"
"I'll try my hardest, I swear."
"That's all I can ask."
"I love you baby."
"Love you too."
"All right bye."
"Bye hun."
I waited a second and then sighed and hung up. It was killing me, not being with her.

{Riley's P.O.V.}
I hung up with Joe and sighed. I missed him so much. I heard the front door open and then close. A second later I heard someone pounding up the stairs and a door slam. It must be Rebecca back from her appointment. She was always like this when she got home. I slowly climbed off my bed and went to the hallway. I heard Rebecca sighing loudly. I went to her door and cautiously knocked.

What's up with Rebecca? Will anything happen with Joe while he's gone? sorry this chapter kinda sucked. it's gonna get going pretty quickly don't worry.
