Mr. Maddox is a natural teacher with a relaxed and non-threateneing way of communicating with children. His workshop seems to bridge that gap between what children would love to be able to do and actualy doing it. He opens doors to creativity for both teachers and students. This video draws attention to the obvious links between creativity, music, literacy and maths. Excellent. We need more of this type of thing in schools. I've had a go with choirs to help rhythm awareness. Works a treat.
