Elliot Hulse is the boss. That is all.

@slunkeh big (and good) question! one that would require a full day to expound on... but in reference to "the modern day it really has become a thing of the past". our past is the SOIL i mention in the video. its rooted in our DNA, to deny it is to pretend to be blind. We (in the west) are a Judeo-Christian society and have been HEAVILY shaped, in values and practice, buy this heritage, as it is described in the bible.

@GamingGuru21 You will get where you want to go eventually when your goal moves beyond the vanity assosiated with being in the gym and starts to move towards the positive impact it has on you and your growth as a person! Hope what i say makes sense to you or anyone who reads it and isn't just nonsense, it is to a degree a regurgitation of my study of elliots work in this video and others(I gravitate towards him now for strength guidance)! Much love! Kevin

@GamingGuru21 Expanding your base of knowledge is just as important if not more so. Simple stuff like how stress ravages ones strenth and vitality are easily overlooked. I would urge you to Go back through elliots video's for the last 2 years and absorb the wisdom (ori hoff mekler is one author i actually bought and examined in detail). There is so much wisdom and open minded and critical thinking here on this channel it is a gold mine!

@GamingGuru21 iI the initial phases of interactions with strength and personal developement vanity is almost always the primary driving factor(and is an important one). You are starting from a base and moving towards a physical image(in your mind) of yourself that you would like to manifest.Simply isolating certain muscle areas will start to make the changes you seek but it is not the answer to the whole story!

Have you ever studied quantum physics? Bruce H. Lipton's works are excellent resources for this topic, among many others... just seems like something you'd be interested in.
Thanks for being, Elliot!
Namaste!

I too enjoy studying philosophy in depth and at first I thought "Ayn Rand!? F that!" but then I saw the Tao Te Ching (My favorite book) And came to the conclusion of balance. You should read up on the thoughts and beliefs of Jeremy Bentham and John Mills. Then a good contrast to that would be Immanuel Kant. Interesting ideas to think about but neither are truly applicable in America if you do plan to be successful. sad but true. not to mention they both seem to be an all or nothing philosophy.
