I dont know much about cellphones. I want a phone that can be used as a PDA/ to look things up via wifi. I rarely call/text people, could I just get a cheap sim card and pay for the min. I use? I would like to keep cost below $20/month is that realistic for this kind of phone(exluding purchasing price)
