Johnny Massacre (John Doran) was a performer who crossed continents entertaining and making people smile. When he died his home pitch of in Galway, Ireland was covered in flowers and notes in mourning. A plague was erected in his honor and is there to this day. I had the honor of performing with him on the largest stage in Ireland in front of 3000 people as well as many other occasions. He was a good friend, and the fact that his name has been taken is an insult to his memory in my opinion.
