Dude, take some lessons and learn how to relax and control the the rebound without your arms tensing up. I am not trying to be a dick btw. it is just an honest accurate observation. I would give you an example but i don't have a cam. There are plenty of guys to check out like Jo Jo Mayer. He has a great new video out called secret weapon something or another. Check it out..
