Yeah, her voice may not be "polished", but she is still one of the most naturally gifted people to ever be on that show. I actually like the roughness to her voice. It's husky and almost yearning. It makes me feel the song more, not to mention, makes her more unique.

if she auditioned now she wouldnt of made it cuz, now american idol is all about singing AND looks

honestly a good voice though a bit all over the map up & down & in need of polishing & structuring...which she seemed to do over the course of things.
