He needs to be fired. He could have killed her with that thing, cause he is a moron! He used it to administer punishment on her not to restrain her. You cops need to get educated on taser use. It is the last choice next to using a gun to "Protect You" not the victim from harm!
On top of that you wonder why cities are paying out millions in out of court settlements to victims of taser abuse! It is a weapon that kills 100's every year in the hands of cops!
