I just started working on handbalancing, as you can tell :P
And I didnt do to much head sitting and super bendy things because im sick and everytime my butt is on my head, I would cough like crazy. I wanted to make a video before I went on vacation, so thats why I made one while I was sick.

  • hi you are amazing but dont bend your arms when you are handbalancing you can get hurt. try to do a simple handstand and slowly take one leg until your head the other one strech until you have the balance then you can take the second leg to the head and always do points on your toes. I hope you can understand my english and also the explanation I've been taking a lot of handstands and handbalancing workshops
