I was driving the first nth bound roadtrain on the scene the night that happened. Me and my two up driver helped in giving the driver first aid. I remember the night very well as the driver of the sth bound produce train waved us over and told us what had happened. I felt sorry for the poor bugger who was sound asleep in his bunk in the parking bay adjacent to the roll over as he was woken by his cab being belted by cartons of tomatoes.

@jamesabout Because they dont live in canada or the U.S..... In our countries if theres even a frayed line on a tow cable or lifting cable. It is Not used and deemed unsafe for work. In other countries a cable can be freyed and to the point of catastrophic failure and they will still lift with it and stand around it. Gotta do what ya gotta do.

whoa!!! me think that driver in BIG trouble!!!

I was just wondering why there are people near the tow rope. If you even seen one of those snap and hit a person, you would not stand within twice the length of the rope.

I thought the terrain and the truck looked familiar. Some years ago, I worked at the Eneabba roadhouse, so lost count of the number of times I've been up and down the Brand Highway
More's the point, where was this in WA? I get the feeling that I might have heard the story on the news some time ago

the driver had a momentary lapse of concentration.... hit a spoon drain and laid it over... it also hit a produce truck and there were tomatoes everywhere...
