So she was speeding, got pulled over, then sped away before the cop could write a ticket. She was then arrested when she stopped. What did the cop do wrong? She should have been arrested.

I live in pulaski, yes we have some wack ass cops but there doing their jobs , still he should have given her a escort but she was still going 16 mph over the 65 mph highway thats 81 mph . He saved a life , and

I can see Ambulance drivers getting pulled over to get tickets now with a dying patient in the back. Matter of fact I heard a story like that happened.

@justfakeit1 When the doc gets the call it goes like this mother is in labor come in ASAP to deliver the baby. I think if the doctor knew and the patient knew the baby was going to be ok there wouldnt have been such a rush right (but they didnt). The police department better hope that patient does not get all emotional and want a piece of the suing pie too.

The police officer's error was to not invest the relatively brief amount of time required to ask police dispatch to contact the hospital to confirm the physician's story, before proceeding with the much more time consuming task of placing her under arrest.
