Cool find, man. I've noticed many parallels between holy writings of all ages and regions. It does make me think that if you singled out all the parallels that perhaps those are the real truth that the ancients wanted us to know.

If you will read the Sumerian tablets translation, there are parallelism all throughout the texts. Conclusion? Biblical texts and stories have their source from the Sumerian history.

True, there are some influences that be traced to Sumeria but there are other influences as well, like Egyptian, Canaanite and Babylonian to mention just a few. The text here was translated from the Ugaritic. It's important to recognize the influence the Israelite's neighbors had on their culture and religious experience.
