glide and clean. The scratches are not bad. To serve and be serve are like folds in a blanket. Nice track.

very nice video! thats what i call musician

Nice one boet. Bill Evans was a good choice of sample. You have a good ear. Not a straight hip hop beat, but something different which was cool.
Nice scratching too!

honestly the scratching doesnt match..BUT thats because the beat is on its own man! scratching is great too, but its like black and white...maybe the beat needs a bit more and it could be real nice something really nujabes like very smooth

how did you get that first track onto the mpc? just simple recording?

Yeah, I just sampled the chunk I wanted to use into the sampler. Then I trimmed and chopped it into the different parts with the trim and chopping tools in the MPC.

do u need a mixer with the mpc 2500???
hevy77 5 years ago
Nah, u don't need a mixer at all. Just that and some speakers or even headphones will be all good. However, the MPC2500 does have 8 outputs besides the main stereo outputs. So having a mixer is cool so u can seperate sounds using the 8 extra outputs and then EQ and stuff seperately. Peace
