@J3RG3R What do you mean it has no internet connection? is it picking up signal? can your systems read the network? if you did everything right put no security on the ad-hoc network dnt worry about your neighbors using it they wont. give me some more info about the problem & ill see if I can help you out. (oh and I really recommend buying a linksys modem I got mine at amazon for $40.00 reffurbished it works great the internet is a lot faster then ad-hoc and you get it all over the house.

I have 2 acess point tp link WA-500G attached in a 8 dbi cpe and other is nanostation2 loco connected to a switch in a room on roof of my house and then a single cable is coming to my pc..both the device are placed on top of housse..im in client or station mode in nanostati reciving the internet and running it sucessfully..now i want to make other tp link device in Acess point mode so that i provide internet facility to my cousin also...her house is 12 14 house away from mine .how can i do this

Please help. Because I am using wifi to get internet on my laptop, then using that connection to get wifi on my ipod touch i would need to bridge the two connections, right ?? But I can't do that because im not admin. Do you know how to fix this ?? Thanks.
