Review of the YN560 speedlight flash for Canon. This flash is comparable to the 580exII in terms of power, size, and weight. I however had major issues with my flash about 2-3 weeks after purchasing. It began misfiring and I returned it to YongNuo for a refund.

  • hi nice review but not sure why you paid almost twice the pice for it. the retail should be around $85 AUD, I got mine of mp4kingdom and I have also checked Ebay

  • @lilunallen $85 AUD = $88 USD. I paid $86 USD at the time, and this light can be found now for around $65 usd.

  • is this speedlight only manual?

  • @lakai2305 yes, manual only

  • Thats just great! I bought one yesterday. If mine sux like everyone elses and i have to return it, how much shipping is it?

  • @kellyhuffaker is is, other than the problems described below. if you're doing anything more than just family shots, i'd go with a canon flash. this is a fine unit for a hobbyist though.

  • Built in bounce card, built in diffuser, swivels in both directions, ridiculous recycle times, why did I even by my Vivitar 285HV?!

  • is this flash compatible with Fujifilm HS20EXR camera? can someone mind to give some answers?

  • hi does ttl mean that you dont have manuel mode

  • I was planning to use this for capturing soccer/basketball game sport shots using a 50-105 mm zoom lense. Do you think it would be good even though manual? I suppose you can experiment a bit with the power to get it right? thank you
