This is a tone that production companies add to their ads so they are not copied until paid for by the advertiser.

Not sure how this one got out, but it's probably a pre-release commercial.

it was a contest to goon the kfc website and enter wat part of the commercial there was a big thing about it cuz its only heard by kids which mean that they especialy target kids
