  • no tension! You just move your arms and legs.It looks like you dont use the Ki-ai..You make yourself vulnerable by performing a tsuki while exiting the Ai-hanmi..(e.g. ichi, san, hachi...)If your opponent strikes you at that particular moment, you might fall..When doing shichi,do not let your hand leave the jo,rather let it slideup!At times you do it so dynamically that you gradually slow down your tsuki/suburi at its highpoint.looks good,but its not really effective.this and manyother things...
