Cenk Uygur (host of The Young Turks) on MSNBC Live speaks with Republican Strategist Joshua Trevino and Joe Conason of the NY Observer about president Obama granting a waiver on nations using child soldiers and the START Treaty.
MSNBC makes the news seem more or less like an episode of Always Sunny in Philadelphia. You have no idea of what's going on because these kids can't wait to squeeze their opinions into a 9-minue time slot.
National security translate to killing and controlling anyone for any reason on one end while the other end must ask permission to get up and take a piss in the middle of the night in their own home and land 10,000 miles away.
The Republican Strategist is right. This treaty is unfair to Russians. We have the all power NATO distributing arms and bases everywhere, Russians have almost nothing. Russians should join Republicans blocking this treaty and I'll definitely vote for Republicans again for the Russians.
FUCKING DISGRACE! THEY LET THESE FUCKERS USE CHILD SOLDIERS??? THEY SEND THEM WEAPONS AND MONEY!! THE AFRICAN COUNTRIES UNDER THOSE WAIVERS HAVE REPEATEDLY BROKEN THE LAW AND THE WHITE HOUSE IS SENDING THEM "AID"?? YOU'RE HAVING A FUCKING LAUGH!
Anyone who will condone the use of child soldiers for any reason should be charged with human rights violations and be given the appropriate punishment.
@MikeNitro94 Lol, he's not saying that Russia doesn't pose a threat, he's saying that the Soviet-US relations are stable and the START treaty is simply bilateral in nature. Nowadays, nuclear proliferation isn't simply confined to Russia, it's spreading all over the damn world, and that's the main problem of nuclear proliferation. START doesn't do much other than build on previous agreements between the two.
He makes very good points here, as much as I like Cenk, I wish he let him speak more.
How's Carter's administration working for you , har har har. Fuck you asshole. One of the reasons carter was so unpopular was because he made a difficult decision. His FED, for example, raised interest rates. This would lower growth, but it reigned in runaway inflation which plagued the US for nearly a decade. Afterwards the US grew, not because of the fucking tax cuts, but because of the diffcult decision to raise interest rates.
Repulican spokespeople often sound like fools, (4:56-is this guy serious? they make that claim about the left every day!) but this guy is king! Russia doesn't pose a threat? Who's to say how long they maintain a stable government? See...if these assholes are in charge of things, kiss your ass goodbye! These people will make shit up on the fly just to oppose common sense. They also seem to be people who grew up unpopular.
