  • Maybe useful if patient is a martial artist. Otherwise not very functional for the L leg, although it is a fine exercise for the stance limb. Isolation is good, but should only be at initial stages of rehab, never at discharge and return to general populace.

  • maybe taking a course in 'functional training and functional anatomy can be a good advice ;-)
