Nice chameleon, amusing video, but definitely fake. Chameleons don't change to any color they want, and it doesn't start in one spot and spread like that. Either way, it made me chuckle.

This is fake, chameleons couldn't change color so quickly and even more so from one object.

Change from environment, temperature and mood. But the montage of nifty.

Dont get me wrong I am assuming this is sped up, but my buddy has one and in the tank with heavy light it will change to what we put in there.

This can actually happen depending on the light...the person who said they change by mood is wrong, because the only time mood really changes their color is when they turn red....when they are fighting other chameleons...most time the cell layers of their skin just reflect light........"the more you know" f
