That was always my favorite move when i wrestled, accept i would hold him up for everyone to watch lol

@omfgineedaname haha truth be told, there are almost NO safe wrestling moves lol any of them can seriously injure you if they arent done correctly

@iAaronEFG *correction* so that there is less of a chance to get hurt, you can still get hurt even with the knee on the ground lol

@iAaronEFG depends on the ref.. regardless, its extremely dangerous to slam like that so most wrestlers are taught to slam with their knee on the ground when that move is executed so that no one gets hurt
