How long has this proposed pipeline been an issue? I have been out to Oxnard/Ventura a number of times over the years and have not heard anything about this.

The BHP Billiton Proposal was defeated in April. There is another proposal to build an LNG facility on platform Grace and run a pipeline through Oxnard that way.

I don't see what the problem is. Take a look around you and find an equally hazardous situation within shouting distance. Crossing the street, the interstate, a snow storm, a shower that could burn you, or the chemical factory in the next town to the west.

Secondly, I would have compensated Borla for this inconvenience by letting them build it (it's a car-guy joke).

Engineers have to prevent a New Mexico disaster in my home city Oxnard. I pass through the back fields often.

The technology will come. More and more wind farms have arisen in the midwest. It's not unrealistic. There's plenty of space for them here in oxnard.
