  • Weight gain during pregnancy is normal..just make sure you're eating the right foods..and I''m sure the weight will just fall off once the baby is born...and don't forget that may be a lot of water weight too. So drink more h2O too. I got carpel tunnel too when I was pregnant and had it until I gave birth. Stay strong mama and get much rest! ((hugs))

  • I was having the same pain, especially in the evenings/at night, and I thought I was just going to have to live with it. I then realized I could be constipated (yea, oops...lol) Sure enough I started eating a few prunes every evening (like those Sunsweet Ones) and within a few days I was regular again and feeling a TON better. I still get occasional Round Ligament pain but that normally isn't a constant pain...just sharp occasional pains.

    Anywho, congrats on 16wks and awesome test results!
