kihalafah is the person tht have a good character..those who becamne khilafaj will leave everythng behind..he will leave his wealth..because he know his very own responsibility toward his pple n the nation..mullah omar is not a khalifah..i dont think his qualified to be one..true khalifah is the one who will protect the image of Islam..Salam/Peace

Assuming you're a muslim, I'll respond to your "KHALI LIFAFAH" comment by a Sahih Hadith:
"...then there will be a Khilafah on the way of the Prophethood." (Musnad Ahmed 4:273)
So, the word that you're making fun of is used by our beloved Prophet (SAW) in glad tidings for the believers.
BTW, Mullah Omer and Taliban never declared Khilafah, and it wasn't even close!
