I love this. Eric is right. Taxes could be collected and the pot trade would be taken out of the hands of criminals. People are getting killed in Mexico. Prohibition does not work. Why is the American government so stubborn?
What Eric said is true. Drinking causes violent behavior in some but pot smokers are mellow.

Damn right, The Mr. Eric Braeden has always impressed me. He is a professional, progressive thinking man with a zero tolerance policy for BULLSHIT. I admire this icon of television history and I totally agree with his view. And no, I am not a a frequent chronic toker. It is just common sense. People are already smoking the herb, so it seems only logical to tax the shit and bring in a great deal of much-need revenue for California, as well as other states.

Newfound respect for this guy, he's really smart, thats why he plays his character so well on Y&R. I don't do drugs or anything but what he said could really help the economy.

@CannabisEducation420 My mum's watched it for like 30 years or something and has recently sucked me into it. I'm pretty sure she'd lol if she saw this video, but alas she does not have internet. Even so I think she'd probably agree with him. I don't see much of a problem with it being legalized. S:

My grandmother has watched "The Young & The Restless" for over about 25 years & she loves this man Eric Braeden. She is also ignorant & strongly opposed to cannabis legalization. The fact that this man is for cannabis legalization makes me chuckle. I love it really.
