Showing you the technique I use to color my manga characters with markers.

I also talk about the project I'll be working on in the next two weeks.

  • soon! :) I'm slowly getting back to work on my manga

  • it is great to see another one of ur vidoes agen how did u know what colours to chose,, were did u get those pens and how much for

  • I'll test the color out on paper before I use it on the character. In the video, you can see the markings I did on the left side.

I asked my wife and she can't remember how much the markers cost, hehe. My guess is a full set would be $100 maybe?

  • What kind of materials did you use. Such as the paper, the markers, and the ink you used to actually draw the character...?

  • The paper is just regular printer paper and I'm not quite sure what the name of the pen I used to ink the drawing. It's a japanese brush pen. One side has a firm tip and the other is softer and you can get thick and thin lines. Nothing too fancy.

  • WOW! This is AMAZING!

    Great Job! =^.^=

btw, where did you bought the copic maekers! and how much did they cost?

  • The Copic's are my wife's marker set. I'm not sure where she got it but i'll ask her :)

  • lol okay i was laughing every know and then i don't know why and yeah i am a beginner and this was very helpful!!

  • omg 72 copics that's a ton of money!

  • @koizu Another good idea is to print off a colour chart so that you know what the colour looks dry. It saves ink.
