This exercise is for improving your hip and waist. It is very difficult to keep your waist and hip slim,but this exercise keeps your waist and hip slim easily.
Before sleeping,you can do this exercise on your bed.

  • I can see why you have such a great body!! I'd love to work out with you! To keep thin I mostly run, but I like to do some good core excersises like these when I finish my runs.
