Hey, so does the Jazz require the screen to be flipped opened in order function?

I use the same camera for my vids, I too removed the o-ring seal and it made a great change in the audio quality. Good for the price and durability.

the ATC2K is more of a heavy duty helmet cam than the others shown there.

I also have the ATC2K helmet cam, and your right about the sound, however if you take the waterproof O-rings off that seal the cam, your sound quality will improve so it won't sound like a pop can...
