@EdWalker1995 its quite hard to get out as it is such a steap pourover. the only way you will get stuck in it is when you are trying to do tricks. also iv been hit a few times by people coming down and that fucking hurts. so dont say you cant get stuck in it because i bet you would paddle straight past and not even think of going in

I've seriously banged my head in that pool! The paddler needs to keep his top arm down when bracing; he's asking for a dislocated shoulder (esp' at 0:31)

Its not very deep either... im pretty sure when I went i was only waste deep there.

You got owned in that hole, try holding onto your roll for a bit, sometimes you come out better that way

That's why it's the most viewed nene video on the tube. Your comment actually says more about your paddling, knowledge and attitude about it, presuming you do actually paddle. It was just a bit of fun for some guys who devote a lot of time to a very special youth lead community project. Come out and paddle with us one day will you? I'm sure your the most amazing 'gnarly dude' on the river.

@cliffhangermatt yeah i'll admit im not erick jackson but you wherent fighting verry hard to get out of that wave if you where fighting to get out at all=)

That paddler (not me but a very good friend) was fighting to STAY IN the hole. It was at it's most stickiest. The half roll he tries at the end was merely for air, he rolls up first time after.

He was actually fighting pretty hard to stay in that hole. Maybe if you cannot read whitewater you should not even be considering going on anything like that as it is very safe. Although, I am happy to announce that you can just bosh straight down as long as you can paddle in a straight line.
