The coolest part of the Fr. Pro Story:
The Mexican Government wanted to prove he did not believe, so they invited photographers to photograph his death expecting him to beg for life. Instead he said Viva Cristo Rey [Long Live Christ the King], put out his arms and was shot.
This was a gross embarrassment to the Mexican Government.They tried to retrieve the photographs but failed.
They are now all over the internet.
