My 4th and most successful Gmod walker, no changing of physical properties and weight, only using thrusters and ropes and the usual welds and axis and such.

Really? Are you really that thick? I'm sorry, but that's the extent of your knowledge? The Halo universe?
Mark I,II,III,IV,V,VI,VII, etc. have commonly been used to describe a version of a concept or prototype. This walker is called the Mark IV because it was the 4th design of walker I had created.
