@Nascarking24 21 wasn't a lot in 2001. 2001 was a super competitive year in NASCAR, and it's only now, with the newly paved Talladega and the boxy, truck-like COT that leadchanges have passed what we saw in 2001. Had Talladega had the new pavement in 2001, I think we would have seen 70 or 80 leadchanged instead of 30/40 like we did at the time. The fin made all the difference.

Just amazing how much NASCAR has changed in tech since this race 21 Lead Changes back then was a lot now that would make the fans storm the track and seek out blood for the dumbass who screwed up the racing Now a restrictor plate race has 87 Lead Changes and 29 Different Leaders That's a competitive race.

thats funny they were talking about Juan Pablo even back then. I doubt any of them would have predicted he would be racing in NASCAR before the end of the decade.
