Contacts over time

Get a chart of contacts over time for a number of publications.

1. Export a Daily Inventory report for the month and the publications you're interested in.

2. Create a PivotTable. Put "Publications" in the "Row Label" box, "Date" in the "Column Label" box, and "Contacts" in the "Values" Box.

3. (optional) Sort the publications by descending number of contacts: scroll to the totals column in the pivottable, sort descending.

4. (optional) Filter the publications to show only the most visited: click the filter icon next to the "Row Labels" label and select the top publications

5. Select the data in the pivottable, and insert a line chart.
