Jack Clement tells about his trips from Memphis, TN to Newport, AR as a child, the two little girls he never met, and the where and why he wrote the "Air Conditioner" song.
never been to newport ..been to conway..have family there..still love to hear Jack talk about memories and the raw singing gets me every time... Im what you southern boys would call a yankee being born and raised in Iowa but still love the southern style and home feel of when i visit.. small pleasant towns are getting harder and harder to find..
that house is know longer there
